Niazmand’s signing means the Reds will have to part ways with their Algerian goalie Alexis Guendouz.
Niazmand is Persepolis’s fifth signing in the summer transfer.
Persepolis has previously signed Thievy Bifouma, Mojtaba Fakhrian, Amin Kazemian and Reza Shekari.
