The appeal was issued in a joint statement marking the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People, the groups said.
The statement was led by Al‑Karama for Human Rights, joined by Torture Victims Association, Al‑Shabaka Center for Human Rights, Free Voice for Human Rights, EFDD International, Adalah Foundation for Human Rights, Solidarity for Human Rights.
The organizations expressed backing for ICC rulings at The Hague, pressing for rapid enforcement of the warrants against Israeli regime officials they say oversaw “horrific” abuses in the Gaza Strip.
They cited allegations including the use of starvation as a method of warfare, and crimes against humanity such as deliberate killings, persecution, and “other inhumane acts.”
“Lasting peace cannot exist while occupation persists and accountability is denied,” the groups said, keeping their core position unchanged.
The statement came amid a fragile ceasefire in Gaza, which had failed to halt the humanitarian crisis affecting more than two million residents.
The groups said Gaza’s population still lacked reliable access to food, water, medical care, electricity, housing, and shelter.
They said hundreds of thousands had been displaced and left without homes amid extensive demolition of entire districts by Israeli airstrikes.
They added that symbolic expressions of support were now inadequate in the face of the Israeli regime’s “ongoing occupation and systematic policies of repression.”
They said the solidarity day stood as a global call to acknowledge the legal and ethical obligations owed to Palestinians living under decades of occupation, violence, blockade, and military restrictions.
They called on states to publicly condemn widespread legal violations by the regime of Israel and help dismantle a climate of impunity.
“Real solidarity begins with rejecting impunity and advancing Palestinian statehood across all occupied territories, with al-Quds as the capital,” the groups said.
The organizations said the war in Gaza, since October 2023, met the legal definition of genocide as set out in the 1948 Genocide Convention.
They urged governments and international bodies to push the Israeli regime to follow international humanitarian law, cease attacks on civilians, and allow immediate and unrestricted entry for aid and rescue teams.
Separately, Gaza has suffered one of the deadliest phases of the war, according to Palestinian authorities and United Nations agencies.
Since October 2023, Israeli forces have killed more than 70,100 Palestinians, many of them women and children, and wounded at least 170,900 others, the statement said.
The Gaza genocide, now in its second year, has left large areas of Gaza in ruins.
Israeli war machine has also destroyed vast civilian infrastructure, deepening hardship for residents who have survived the campaign, the groups said.
